We are so lucky to have your hostel in such a hidden gem of two adjoining houses that date back to the 17th century! The charm of bygone times is clearly visible from the outside, but from the inside our houses have been extensively renovated. In former flats, creative minds from our city have created modern bunks with lots of wood and warm colours.
Some floors up – nope, no elevator – In the common areas on the 3rd floor are our common spaces, in each house with spacious dining tables, fully equipped communal kitchen with dishwasher, several fridges and a small stock of oils and spices and light flooded chill areas.
Our two terraces, which adjoin both common rooms, are probably – so says the team – the most beautiful in the city. Sunny from sunrise to sunset in summer, with a 300 degree view of the snowy mountains in winter. We would still move in, what would you say? 🙂
